Nick has been cast as a series regular in the new FX drama series “Justified“, based on Elmore Leonard’s short story, “Fire in the Hole.” The show is written by Graham Yost and stars Tim Olyphant. The 13 episode series will begin airing in the spring of 2010.

Nick will be joining Miley Cyrus, Kate Vernon, and Greg Kinnear in the new Disney flick, “The Last Song,” based on the novel by Nicholas Sparks. Principal photography finished August 19th.
